By accessing letsmakebrand.com or engaging Lets Make Brand for services, you agree to these terms. Individual projects are governed by a separate signed statement of work.
Lets Make Brand provides software development, design, game development and digital marketing services as described in the applicable proposal. Deliverables, timelines and fees are defined per project.
Projects follow the milestone payment schedule agreed in the proposal. Marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may pause work.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client. Pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain the property of Lets Make Brand and are licensed for use within the deliverable.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secret. We are happy to execute an NDA before project discussions.
We warrant professional, workmanlike delivery and provide a bug-fix window after launch as defined per project. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
